Job summary

Agile Cold Storage is a privately held provider of temperature-controlled warehouse solutions. The Cycle Counter will manage regular inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and coordinate with management to minimize discrepancies while ensuring efficient distribution and storage operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3–5 years warehousing experience, as well as supervisory capabilities and proficiency with WMS, AS400, and RF technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3–5 years warehousing experience
• Experience in Quality Assurance Management or Inventory Control
• Three years supervisory/management experience
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office, AS400, WMS and RF

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts, including quarterly cycle counts, full physical inventories, and customer required counts.
• Record count results and any discrepancies; communicate results to Management and/or Customer as needed.
• Advise associates on care, preservation, handling, storing, maintenance and shipping of product.
• Assign and direct work; monitor performance of inventory employees; schedule tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System to monitor accuracy, discrepancies, and errors; direct tasks based on reports.
• Identify and report operational errors affecting accuracy; issue corrective actions as needed.
• Review inventory errors; ensure SOPs for handling discrepancies are followed.
• Analyze data to optimize inventory layout and management practices.
