Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC invites applications for a Cycle Counter in our cold storage environment. You will perform cycle counts, audit inventory, and partner with peers to resolve discrepancies in Oracle Cloud, SAP, and other WMS systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of inventory control and MHE experience, the ability to work in -10°F to 40°F conditions, and the stamina for long shifts in a freezer environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of inventory control experience required.
• 1–2 years of MHE operating experience required.
• Cold food environment experience preferred.
• Experience in extremely cold environments for extended periods preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems such as EBS or WMS preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF devices.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify gaps.
• Communicate inventory issues to the Supervisor and business partners.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required.
• Meet established inventory and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose changes.
• Follow inventory processes and wear all required PPE.
