• Processing of inbound and outbound appointments.
• Manage inventory for orders (product locations and status).
• USDA Import and Export documentation.
• Verify inbound and outbound paperwork for accuracy and billable charges.
• Carrier and broker interaction.
• Filing and record retention.
• Customer communication via email and telephone.
• Warehouse and inventory support.
• Handling confidential information with discretion.
• Identify and resolve administrative issues to minimize disruptions.
