As a Cold Station Cook, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts, as well as prepping all food items offered in the restaurant. You will stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained for guest safety.
