We are seeking a Cold Station Cook who will prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts offered in the restaurant. The role also involves prepping and preparing all food items, stocking the alley and line with necessary ingredients to complete orders on time, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained for guest safety.
