Indiana Packers Corporation is hiring for an Associate Production on the Cold Side. This full-time role involves processing, packaging, and inspecting meat products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery, ensuring food safety per USDA standards, and supporting daily production goals with a team. Overtime may be required, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Previous meat processing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
• Overtime may be required and safety protocols must be followed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform production tasks including cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products for shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to procedures.
• Support food safety and quality assurance per company policies and USDA regulations.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist supervisors and management with additional duties as assigned.
