Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation is seeking reliable associates for the Cold Side of production. This full-time role involves processing, packaging, and inspecting meat products on the cold side, with shifts offering $20.00/hour on first shift and $21.00/hour on second shift.

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, deboning, labeling, and preparing products, operating machinery, and ensuring food safety and quality per USDA standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a cold, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.
• Experience in meat processing or manufacturing is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
• Overtime may be required.
• Rehire criteria includes 120 days waiting period; three times rule.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks including cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products for shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment following proper procedures.
• Support food safety and quality assurance standards per USDA regulations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols and wear PPE.
• Work with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist supervisors and management with additional duties.
