LEGENDS Global is hiring for a Full Time Cold Station Cook at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. You will prepare cold items such as salads and sandwiches, following the Production Sheet or Manager instructions, while maintaining quality and sanitary standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, prior production cook experience, knowledge of health codes, and ability to follow directions. English proficiency and union membership or willingness to join Unite Here Local 2 are required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Progressively responsible experience as a production cook via apprenticeship or on‑the‑job training at a comparable food service facility.
• Basic working knowledge of food service health codes and standards.
• Ability to follow directions and perform work effectively.
• Pleasant personality and neat appearance.
• Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors and employees.
• Must be a member in good standing of the local Union or be willing to become a member of Unite Here! Local 2.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items as directed on Production Sheet and follow standard recipes.
• Maintain quality food production standards and sanitary conditions.
• Safely operate all equipment used at the location.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and health code compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Chef/Sous Chef/Manager.
