Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Saint Mary’s College of Maryland, MD. The role runs weekdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Previous food service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Cuts deli/cold items and prepares sandwiches, salads, and other cold foods according to production standards.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to ensure quality and portions.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products following merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary preparation area in compliance with HACCP.
