Pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, with schedule flexibility and online applications only. Responsibilities include slicing meats and cheeses, preparing sandwiches and salads, and maintaining HACCP-compliant, sanitary work areas.

Qualifications

• Prior knife skills and kitchen experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with a slicing machine, knives or other cutters.
• Prepares sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef.
• Stores food following HACCP and dating procedures.
• Maintains sanitation and safe work areas per ServSafe and company standards.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service and cash procedures compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
