Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage is seeking focused workers for a warehouse associate role in Schuyler, NE. The job involves scanning, wrapping pallets, and loading/unloading trailers with material handling equipment.

Staff will perform shift duties, including cleaning, while contributing to case picking and pallet building for customer orders. Entry level candidates are welcome, with 2 years of warehouse experience and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidates welcome.
• 2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work in a wide range of temperatures (-20F to 80F).
• Must be able to stand/walk for the full 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic dock tasks such as scanning, wrapping pallets.
• Use material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.
• Perform start and end of shift tasks including sweeping and cleaning in the warehouse.
• Some manual material handling may be required.
• Case picking and building pallets as required by customers.
