Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage in Schuyler, NE is seeking a warehouse associate to handle basic dock tasks, scan/pallet wrap, and load/unload trailers using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include end-of-shift cleaning, occasional manual handling, case picking, and pallet building as required by customers. Entry-level candidates are welcome; 2 years’ warehouse experience with forklift operation is preferred. You must work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidates are welcome.
• 2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Cold warehouse environment (-20F to 80F); ability to walk/stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic dock tasks such as scanning and wrapping pallets.
• Use material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.
• End-of-shift tasks including sweeping and cleaning in the warehouse.
• Some manual material handling may be required.
• Case picking and building pallets as required by customers.
