Job summary

Northern Sales Company is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Anchorage, AK team. You will help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, operate a forklift in both dry and cold environments, and adapt to changing priorities to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of forklift experience and warehouse distribution preferred; willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety rules and forklift operation, or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker forklift to pull orders in dry and cold environments (as low as 10°F).
• Sort and stage customer orders for next-day delivery.
• Assist with replenishing warehouse stock as needed.
• Report discrepancies or damaged merchandise to Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Adapt to changing priorities to meet daily deadlines.
