Job summary

Caviness Beef Packers in Amarillo, TX is seeking a warehouse team member to support shipping and order fulfillment in a cold/damp environment. You will stand for the full shift, lift 70+ lbs, palletize and scan product, and ensure accuracy of orders.

Responsibilities include handling packing lists and bills of lading, following food safety protocols, and using a computer/scanner. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts begin at 6:30am.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience required.
• Prior shipping experience a plus.
• Good work history.
• Available to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday beginning at 6:30am to end of production.

Responsibilities

• Stand for entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
• Tolerate cold temperatures of 45 degrees or less.
• Palletizing boxed and scan product to complete customer orders.
• Must be attentive to the accuracy of all orders being pulled.
• Handle general paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists, bills of landing, seals, etc.
• Follow all food and safety protocols.
• Must be able to lift 70+ lbs.
