Job summary

Caviness Beef Packers in Amarillo is seeking a 2nd shift worker to support shipping and order fulfillment in a cold environment. Duties include paperwork, wrapping, loading, and scanning products, with emphasis on accurate order picking and safety protocols.

The role requires forklift/pallet jack experience, PPE, and a strong work history. Shift runs 3:30pm–12:00am, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing boxed and scan product to complete customer orders.
• Must be attentive to the accuracy of all orders being pulled.
• Handle general paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists, bills of landing, seals, etc.
• Follow all food and safety protocols.
• Must be able to lift 70+ lbs.

Job description

This is a 2nd shift position for the Amarillo Ground Beef Location. This position will require employee to perform duties in a cold/damp environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or less. The department has various job duties ranging from paperwork, wrapping, and loading. Some duties may also require the use of a computer/scanner and the ability to prioritize work for efficiency.
