Job summary

CS Beef Packers in Kuna, Idaho seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our packing and shipping team. You will perform duties including packing, labeling, and loading in a cold environment, with attention to order accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires standing for the shift on concrete or elevated platforms, tolerance of cold conditions, and basic paperwork handling. Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• PPE is required while on site.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Stand for entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
• Tolerate cold temperatures of 45°F or less.
• Pull, push, sort and pack meat products.
• Palletize boxed items and scan products to complete orders.
• Ensure accuracy of all pulled orders.
• Handle paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Prepare and print shipping labels as needed.
• Follow all food safety protocols.

Overview

This position will require employee to perform duties in a cold/damp environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or less. The department has various job duties ranging from packing, wrapping, labelling and/or loading. Some duties may also require the use of a computer and the ability to prioritize work for efficiency.

Responsibilities

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Must be able to stand for entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
• Tolerate cold temperatures of 45 degrees or less.
• Pulling, pushing, sorting and packing meat product
• Palletizing boxed and scan product to complete customer orders.
• Must be attentive to the accuracy of all orders being pulled.
• Handle general paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists, bills of landing, seals, etc.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Follow all food and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Forklift/pallet jack useful
