Responsibilities

• Allocate and ship confirmed orders daily and coordinate with supervision, transportation, production and customer service.
• Prepare temperature records and sheets for loads and issue Bill of Lading.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and process required transactions.
• Manage yard activity and assist with documentation for outbound loads.
• Handle driver communications regarding retentions and transport issues.
