Job summary

United States Cold Storage in McDonough, GA is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate to support safe, efficient cold-chain operations. You will handle loading, unloading, inventory, pallet building, and use forklifts and scanners with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, join a team that values reliability, and contribute to maintaining product quality in temperatures from hot to cold. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify proper product handling.
• Ensure product accuracy, traceability, and correct lot numbers.
• Assist with inventories and prepare products for shipment.
• Stack pallets up to seven feet and secure with wrap or tape.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Report shortages/overages and follow safety procedures.
