Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-conscious, customer-focused team in a warehouse setting. The position pays $21.39 per hour and features a Sunday–Wednesday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a temperature-controlled environment. No prior warehouse experience is required, though reliability and the ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential
• Willingness to work overtime and at the specified location
• Proficiency with basic math and numerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature controlled environment (34–36°F)
• Manually lift cold chain totes up to 30 lbs
• Stand/move for the duration of shift
• Pick cold chain products and place in totes
• Palletize/stack totes and cycle count bulk product
• Load production line and label for same/next day production
• Follow SOPs and GMP policies
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
