Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑mocused, outgoing team in a temperature‑controlled setting. The role involves lifting cold chain totes, palletizing, and cycle counting while adhering to SOPs and GMP policies. Wage is $21.39 per hour, with a Sunday–Wednesday shift from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.

No prior warehouse experience is required, though a high school diploma is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and boot allowance after 90

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature controlled environment 34–36°F.
• Manually lift cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.
• Stand and move for the full shift.
• Palletize and stack cold chain totes as directed.
• Cycle count bulk product and assist loading production line.
• Label items for same and next day production; follow SOPs and GMP policies.

Position: Cooler/Safeway

Scheduled: Sunday-Wednesday- 10am - 8:30pm

Wage: $21.39 per hour

Responsibilities of this role:

• Working in a temperature controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.
• Standing/moving for duration of shift.
• Standing in a cooler, picking cold chain products, and placing them in cold chain totes.
• Palletizing/stacking cold chain totes in an orderly manner as stipulated by the company.
• Cycle counting bulk product.
• Loading production line.
• Labeling/removing labels for same day as well as next day production.
• At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
