Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑mocused, outgoing team in a temperature‑controlled setting. The role involves lifting cold chain totes, palletizing, and cycle counting while adhering to SOPs and GMP policies. Wage is $21.39 per hour, with a Sunday–Wednesday shift from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.

No prior warehouse experience is required, though a high school diploma is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and boot allowance after 90

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Able to work independently, with customer service and time management skills.
• Flexible to work overtime and scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
• Attendance is essential.
• Willingness to work at the specified location.
• Must complete Penske employment application, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature controlled environment 34–36°F.
• Manually lift cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.
• Stand and move for the full shift.
• Palletize and stack cold chain totes as directed.
• Cycle count bulk product and assist loading production line.
• Label items for same and next day production; follow SOPs and GMP policies.
