Job summary

Penske Logistics in Logan Township, NJ seeks warehouse associates for a safety‑minded, team‑oriented environment. This role offers a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Position: Cooler/Safeway. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM. Wage: $21.39 per hour. Work in a temperature‑controlled setting; capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally; must be reliable and able to follow SOPs and GMP policies.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment between 34–36°F
• Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs
• Palletizing/stacking cold chain totes in an orderly manner
• Cycle counting bulk product
• Labeling/removing labels for same day and next day production
• Follow SOPs and GMP policies at all times
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Position: Cooler/Safeway

Scheduled: Sunday-Wednesday- 10am - 8:30pm

Wage: $21.39 per hour

Responsibilities of this role:

• Working in a temperature controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.

• Standing/moving for duration of shift.

• Standing in a cooler, picking cold chain products, and placing them in cold chain totes.

• Palletizing/stacking cold chain totes in an orderly manner as stipulated by the company.

• Cycle counting bulk product.

• Loading production line.

• Labeling/removing labels for same day as well as next day production.

• At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required

• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required

• Flexible to work overtime preferred

• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required

• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
