Job summary

World Courier in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Support role to monitor temperature-sensitive materials and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records. The position runs Monday 9am to finish, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday starting at 10:00am, with pay from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour plus incentives.

Successful candidates will handle packing, documentation, and safe material handling while supporting timely outbound activity and adhering to established warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping processes.
• Understanding of stock movement tracking and material traceability.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling for sensitive goods.
• Familiarity with packaging materials and reusable shipping assets.
• Experience with shipment documentation and records management.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes appropriately.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for follow-up.
