Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role at our US distribution center. You will help ensure accurate inventory, handle temperature-controlled materials, and support timely outbound shipments.

This full-time position offers starting pay of $19 per hour with potential to reach $21 per hour through incentives, shift differentials, and referral bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse or distribution roles preferred.
• CSCP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment.
• Update warehouse transactions and inventory records to maintain traceability.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route accordingly.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging and shipment areas to support outbound activity.
• Escalate inventory issues for timely follow-up.
