Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse support role focused on logistics, inventory control, and transport operations. You will ensure timely product movement, maintain accurate records, and support safe handling of temperature-sensitive materials.

The role requires up to 2 years of related experience, HS diploma, and CSCP is preferred. This is a full-time position with opportunities in a healthcare supply chain setting under MWI Animal Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine requirements within guidelines to minimize disruption and maintain control of materials and vehicles.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process improvements for visibility and efficiency.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies on-hold or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to ensure safe, efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
