Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks a dedicated Forklift Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related equipment.

The role requires adherence to OSHA standards, accurate handling of freight, and the ability to work across different facility zones with attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 months of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of forklifts and pallets safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners following OSHA standards.
• Meet production standards while keeping a clean, orderly workspace.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and routine maintenance as needed.
