Job summary

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our in-house marketing team. You will handle a high volume of outbound calls, engage homeowners with scripts, and book appointments for our outside sales representatives.

In this full-time role, you will earn an hourly base pay with performance bonuses and paid training. The position focuses on lead generation and appointment setting, with opportunities for growth as the team expands.

What You'll Be Doing

• High volume of outbound calls per day
• Engage homeowners using provided call scripts and lead lists
• Build rapport and identify qualified prospects
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives
• Accurately document conversations and appointment details in our CRM
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the day
• Consistently meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
• Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and results

This position focuses exclusively on appointment setting—you will not be responsible for closing sales.
