Job summary

Rook Coffee Roasters is seeking an energetic Cold Brew Team Lead to supervise the production floor and ensure efficient, high-quality cold brew output. This entry-level leadership role offers growth opportunities and requires strong organization and communication.

You will work with the Production Manager to execute daily plans, coach teammates, maintain safety and cleanliness, and uphold exacting recipe standards. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team in high-volume beverage production.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brewing and packaging of cold brew coffee according to production plan.
• Organize and delegate tasks to production team members.
• Maintain ingredient measurements and adhere to recipe specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Maintain digital inventory by recording production events.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain production area condition.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Provide guidance and coaching to brewery employees.
