Job summary

Heritage Auctions is seeking an Inventory Submissions Clerk to support the Wholesale team in processing coins for third party grading submissions. The role is detail-oriented, hands-on, and involves package intake, inventory handling, and preparing invoices for submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open incoming packages and verify contents against records.
• Prepare coins, paperwork, and invoices for grading submissions.
• Organize and stage submissions for shipment to grading services.
• Maintain confidential client information and inventory data.
• Operate inventory or order management systems with accuracy.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds and handle fragile items carefully.
