Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY is seeking a Coiling Jumper to support the Coil Spring process on the production floor. You will remove springs from conveyors, place them in buffers, and assist during downtime with coil changes.

Expect to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and handle paperwork on shift. The role requires mobility on the production floor, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read calibration measurements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation.
• Physical coordination to lift and move product.
• Trainable with forklift truck and crane.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units).
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices.
• Trainable with PLC controls and SPC documentation.
• Ability to understand machine computer functions.
• Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and/or tooling changes.

# Coiling Jumper####A Coiling Jumper helps with the Coil Spring process. They start by removing coil springs from the conveyor and placing them into the buffer bin. They remove springs from the bin and place them on to the conveyor during coiling downtime.
