Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY, is seeking applicants for a hands-on manufacturing role supporting the development, manufacture and sales of high-quality automotive components, including chassis, body, powertrain and e-mobility products. The position involves crane use, SAP, and shift work as part of a dynamic global team.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, able to read blueprints and job orders, operate large equipment, and perform precise measurements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation.
• Physical coordination to lift and move product.
• Trainable with forklift.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units).
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices.
• Ability to understand machine computer functions including ARKU & PLC.
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Knowledge of correct way to handle coils and load/feed material into Transfer Press.
• Ability to operate crane and move 30 ton dies.
• Knowledge and ability to do correct Die Set and Operation of Large Bolsters or Table and set up of Transfer Arms.
• Ability to set programs for Speed Feeder and Speed Starker.
