Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Coil Winder for the 3rd shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. You will operate computer-controlled coil winding machines to wind, insulate, and inspect primary and secondary transformer coils, following precise setup parameters and safety procedures.

You will read work orders, select parts, verify specifications, and document production while adhering to 5S, PPE, and lockout/tagout guidelines to ensure quality and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Must be within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX facility.
• Experience with winding machines or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and set up winding machines per specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, wind, and insulate transformer coils using computer-controlled winding machines.
• Identify coil part numbers and input data from work orders.
• Interpret winding specifications and configure machines to spec.
• Place and adjust coils, load materials, and verify alignment.
