The Coil Winder Machine Operator at Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division on 1st shift sets up and operates winding machines to produce coils to specs. The role involves reading winding sheets, loading materials, adjusting devices, and recording coil data while meeting window sizing requirements.

Qualified candidates have 6 months’ machine experience or related training, understand safety instructions, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are willing to work overtime with competitive hourly pay of 24.45 USD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation offered; must live within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI facility.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret winding specifications and order pouches.
• Set up and operate winding machines to produce coils.
• Load materials, measure, adjust for sizing and alignment.
• Apply pack out, insulate, tape-weld leads, and crimp wire to shielding.
• Record coil numbers and labor data.
