Job summary

Windings, Inc. is hiring Production Assemblers for precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components in a structured, team-based environment.

This role supports critical missions and offers an employee-owned culture, extensive benefits, and ESOP contributions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to read instructions, use hand tools, and work with small components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections
• Solder and insulate components
• Shape and lace motor coils
• Follow electrical assembly standards and quality procedures
• Inspect parts to meet aerospace manufacturing tolerances
• Follow written work instructions and quality procedures
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Use basic computer systems for inventory and documentation
• Follow PPE and safety requirements
• Support team-based production environment
• Meet production standards while maintaining high quality
