• Develop and maintain knowledge of coil, panel, and accessory products, including materials, colors, gauges, profiles, packaging, lead times, and order requirements.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate customer orders with specs, quantities, pricing, delivery details, and instructions.
• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and customers to confirm order readiness and delivery expectations.
• Apply dispatch knowledge to plan coil-load shipments and communicate with carriers and drivers.
