Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to support brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing processes. You will assist less experienced operators with setup and troubleshooting and help ensure schedules are met while promoting safety in manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, prints and procedures.
• Hands-on proficiency in Brazing/Fin Press/Sheet Metal and Tubing.
• Ability to assist less experienced operators with setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to execute production schedules and promote safety.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in the assigned area using required equipment and materials.
• Assist other operators in setup and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate adherence to schedule requirements and execute plans.
• Approve and monitor quality and safety requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
