Job summary

VORTEQ Coil Finishers seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the coil coating operation, guiding manufacturing teams with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. You will supervise on the night shift, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsibilities

• Directs work force and staff leaders on assigned shift.
• Maintains production records and reporting.
• Ensures safety and PPE compliance; enforces policies.
• Collaborates with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.
• Recommends improvements to methods and equipment.
• Communicates with Plant Manager and production team.
