Job summary

Modine, a leading thermal management company, is seeking a manufacturing operator for the coil build area. You will operate and set up equipment, identify tooling, and follow blueprints and BOMs to ensure accurate assembly.

The role requires basic arithmetic, the ability to read drawings, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You will contribute to safe, efficient production and support training where needed.

Qualifications

• Must read blue prints and understand bill of materials.
• Must be able to correct tool wear and report issues.
• Requires basic arithmetic calculations and ability to use measuring devices.
• Must be able to work any hours and stay alert during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment in the coil build area.
• Identify required tooling and pull parts for next order.
• Install fins and lace tubes per the drawing.
• Assist in troubleshooting and process improvements as needed.
