Job summary

Modine is hiring for a Take-off Final Assembly role on the 2nd shift in a manufacturing setting. You will finalize coil assemblies by gauging to blueprints, adding hardware, and ensuring fins and coils meet specifications.

Expected duties include operating equipment, scanning, labeling, and inspecting the first piece of each run. You will record data, maintain clean work stations, and follow safety procedures throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Lift 5–50 pounds approximately 30 times daily.
• Occasional stooping and bending required.
• Ability to read drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to place coils in boxes per safety rules.
• Set up equipment used for scanning and label printing.
• Inspect first item of each run and occasional mid-run checks.
• Record counts and IDs on work orders.
• Clean work stations and equipment at shift end.
• Use cranes, chains, lift assists, and related tools.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring devices as needed.
