Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up and operate the Hex Expander and related equipment in a production environment in the United States. The role requires following drawings, quality and safety procedures, and assisting with coil slab assembly as needed.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be flexible, and able to learn and improve processes. Training colleagues and routine measurement tasks are part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and problem-solving oriented.
• Able to read blueprints and understand a bill of materials.
• Able to perform arithmetic calculations and use measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Hex Expander, Water Table and related equipment.
• Identify required tooling and inspect the first piece of each production run.
• Read blueprints, understand BOM, and assist in training personnel.
