Job summary

Active P&C broker license (or within 90 days) and ACORD familiarity are preferred, with a focus on client satisfaction, cross‑team collaboration, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in insurance administration, risk management, or certificate issuance.
• Active Property & Casualty broker license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• ACORD certification or familiarity with ACORD forms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue proof-of-insurance documents (COIs, Auto IDs) and other lender‑required proofs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across touchpoints (phone, email, portal messaging).
• Deliver professional, timely, client-friendly communications.
• Validate policy details against internal systems and address variances.
• Collaborate with underwriting, billing, and policy administration to resolve discrepancies.
• Audit issued COIs to ensure accuracy and correct errors as needed.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and compliance checklists.
• Stay current on regulatory updates and client service expectations.
• Manage escalations related to complex client programs with a solutions‑focused approach.
