Penn Foster Group is seeking a strategic Healthcare Program Manager, Cohort-Based Learning to design, launch and continuously improve healthcare education programs delivered through a cohort-based model.

The role collaborates with internal teams, faculty, SMEs and external partners to align with workforce demands, certification requirements and quality standards, ensuring learner-centered experiences and ongoing program enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related.
• 5+ years in healthcare education, program management, or workforce development.
• Experience supporting curriculum development or educational content creation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and launch of new cohort-based healthcare programs from concept to implementation.
• Partner with instructional designers, faculty, and SMEs to develop curriculum and assessments.
• Monitor learner performance and program metrics to drive improvements.
• Manage partnerships and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across teams.
