Job summary

MDI in Cohasset, MN seeks skilled Assemblers for full-time roles. You will assemble corrugated plastic pieces into finished products in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Shifts vary (5am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-2:00am, 8:30pm-7:00am) and pay starts at 17.50–18.50 USD per hour with potential increases in 30–60 days based on productivity, attendance, and core values. These temporary positions are filled through staffing partners.

This posting is for temporary positions through one of our staffing agency partners. Individuals that apply will be connected with Always There Staffing, Doherty Staffing, or Express Employment.

Shifts available:

• 5am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday
• 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday to Thursday
• 8:30pm - 7am Sunday to Wednesday

Candidates will assemble corrugated plastic pieces into finished products. High level of complexity and variability of products and duties. Must be self-directed, able to work independently. Assembler position pay varies depending on skills and experience, but candidates may be eligible for pay increase within the first 30-60 days when productivity, attendance, and core value criteria are met or exceeded.

Contractor Starting Rate:

• Assembler III
  • 1st shift: $17.50
  • 2nd shift: $18.00
  • 3rd shift: $18.50
