MDI is seeking skilled, experienced Assemblers to work full‑time in our Cohasset location.

Shifts available

• 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday
• 3:30 pm – 2:00 am Monday to Thursday
• 8:30 pm – 7:00 am Sunday to Wednesday

Candidates will assemble corrugated plastic pieces into finished products. The role involves a high level of complexity and variability of products and duties. Self‑direction and the ability to work independently are required.

Assembler position pay varies depending on skills and experience. Candidates may be eligible for a pay increase within the first 30–60 days when productivity, attendance, and core value criteria are met or exceeded.

Contractor Starting Rate

• Assembler III
  • 1st shift: $17.50
  • 2nd shift: $18.00
  • 3rd shift: $18.50
