Job summary

Maximus is seeking a program manager to lead cognitive domain initiatives, coordinating multi-project programs and leveraging PMI methodologies. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to integrate cognitive and operational performance across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Security clearance or eligibility required for contract performance.
• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Oversee and manage large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, and controlling activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans and resource documents.
• Apply PMI methodology and enforce project standards.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and provide strategic direction for cognitive domain programs.
• Collaborate with SOF personnel, leadership, medical and behavioral health providers.
