Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to lead mental readiness and cognitive optimization for Soldiers within the H2F program.

You will design, implement, and coordinate performance-enhancement initiatives across a Brigade, partnering with health professionals and leadership. The role requires advanced degrees in human performance or psychology, counseling experience with military populations, and the ability to travel and obtain security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• License as psychologist or CMPC certification (or ability to obtain).
• 3+ years as mental performance coach or sport psychology practitioner with athletes or service members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate mental readiness and cognitive performance programs across the brigade.
• Advise with Mental Readiness Director on assessment, improvement, and monitoring.
• Deliver cognitive performance training within the brigade schedule and educate Soldiers.
