Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Strength & Conditioning Coach to support Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program.

The role designs and delivers safe, scalable training to enhance physical readiness and reduce injury risk, coordinating with unit leaders and medical staff. The candidate will maintain certifications, meet DHA and Army guidelines, and participate in travel for unit training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
• CSCS certification by NSCA or CSCCA certification.
• BLS/CPR with AED certification.
• Minimum of 3 years designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical or athletic populations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver evidence-informed strength and conditioning programs for USAR personnel.
• Coordinate with unit leaders, medical and readiness personnel, and other performance professionals.
• Maintain professional credentials and stay within applicable policies.
• Participate in required meetings and training to synchronize HPT efforts with the YTC.
