Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach for USAR H2F to deliver evidence-informed training to Army Reserve personnel.

You will design scalable, safe programs and coordinate with unit leaders, medical and readiness staff, ensuring alignment with AFT/CFT and METL. Responsibilities include developing PRTP/SCP programs, data collection for reports, travel as needed, and maintaining credentials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• CSCS by NSCA or SCCC by CSCCA; maintain BLS/CPR with AED.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert knowledge of current Army standards, doctrine, and regulations (FM 7-22, AFT, CFT, AR 600-9, AR 350-1).
• Collaborate as an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic H2F support with synchronized domain programming.
• Participate in meetings with Government personnel to synchronize HPT efforts with the unit Yearly Training Calendar (YTC).
• Maintain clear, professional communication with unit leadership, the COR, and stakeholders.
• Collect and provide data for required reports and deliverables per the schedule.
• Lead development and implementation of command-specific PRTP and SCP; maintain resources library.
