Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks qualified Athletic Trainers to support Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness program. The Athletic Trainer delivers injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and human-performance services.

Working within an interdisciplinary readiness team, you help reduce musculoskeletal injuries, improve safe participation in physical training, and support Soldier readiness according to contract, laws, standards, and Army policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or Kinesiology preferred.
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer or licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Sports performance or injury prevention certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience with athletes or military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide integrated H2F support.
• Participate in meetings to synchronize HPT efforts with training calendars.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership, COR, and stakeholders.
• Collect data for required reports and deliverables within defined timeframes.
• Maintain licensure and credentials at no cost to the Government and per policy.
• Complete required Government training within specified timeframes.
• Travel pre-approved for unit training events and document reports or AARs.
• Train Government personnel on strategies, curricula, and resources.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training/Exercise Science/Kinesiology
