Job summary

Acliviti Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a remote AI Engineer (1099) to design and develop conversational AI solutions, integrating AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise systems with a focus on Cognigy.

You will work across strategy, execution, and managed solutions, designing CX, optimizing performance, and enabling data‑driven transformation for clients. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with conversational AI and APIs, and the ability to quickly learn Cognigy.
• Experience with one or more conversational AI platforms and LLMS concepts.
• Understanding of prompts, validation, and guardrails for AI outputs.
• Familiar with API testing, integration testing, and QA fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through Strategy, Execution, and Managed Solutions & Support cycles.
• Define Customer Experience Design, Performance Optimization, and Transformation Capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional work across platforms, data, and analytics.
• Maintain post‑launch oversight including costs and AI data segmentation.
• Design and develop chatbots, virtual agents, or voice assistants, and optimize interactions.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate AI into enterprise ecosystems.
• Create and run test cases for software and AI applications, including various testing types.
• Collaborate with client systems, CRM/ERP, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
